I have a shy, reserved friend I like to razz whose birthday is July 4. But he's not American. Anyway, what should I get him or do for or with him for his birthday? He's not easy to shop for because he's not into material stuff much, which can be damned annoying on gift-giving holidays.
To give you an idea of some of his past birthday presents, one year I stuck a tiara on his head, handcuffed him to me, and dragged him through a few strip clubs. He bitched and turned red but didn't kill me, so I guess he didn't think it was totally awful.
You are feeling:
"Did you have to use any persuasion other than handcuffs?" Asuka pictures her Aya in a tiara, and adds a Sailor Moon style frilly pink dress for good measure. She chuckles. "If not totally awful is all you are looking for, that's setting the bar pretty low."
The moment the phrase "strip clubs" left my mouth he lost all ability to reason. Funny thing is that the handcuffs seemed to resign him to going along and having a decent time. ::Schuldig approves of that kind of thinking!:: It was an idea the Master gave me, and it appealed to my sense of humor.
. There's so much he hates or considers beneath his dignity.
"Heh. Yeah. Such a dumb ass attitude for such a smart guy. Even if you take him out and show him a good time, he could resent you for it later since he is always supposed to be suffering or some shit. Or have you broken yours of that?"
Her grin gets wider. "You got somebody you call the Master
I have two Ayas I'm trying to break of that with varying results. Though in the case of one Aya, the broad majority of the loosening up has to be credited to Yotan.
::shurgs:: He 's a Time Lord who calls himself
the Master. He has lots of fun ideas!
Oh. That one. A feeling of warm satisfaction curls through her belly at the thought of Yohji alive and happy somewhere - even if it is not hers.
"No surprise. If anyone one would be stupid enough to try loosing up Aya and stubborn enough to make it happen, it would be him.
"I'd love to help you, but the only time I've seen Aya look anywhere close to happy is when he is killing something."
He's stubborn enough and dirty-minded enough to make a difference. ::Schuldig's not going to say anything about stupidity. *ahem*::
I even thought of that but didn't trust that I could come up with a target he'd approve of. He really is difficult.
Huh. "But worth it, right? I mean you wouldn't be going through the trouble of trying to figure out what do for just anybody."
He's a favorite project of mine.
